Late September 1990: With the "Clash Of The Titans" Tour coming to the UK in early October, the new albums from Slayer "Seasons In The Abyss" and Testament "Souls Of Black" hit record shops early. September 30, 1983: With new singer Ian Gillan, Black Sabbath brought the "Born Again" Tour to Paris. The set list featured two Dio-era tracks, "Heaven And Hell" and "Neon Knights" plus Deep Purple classic "Smoke On The Water".
September 30, 1984: KISS launched the "Animalize" World Tour in Brighton, England. The tour was 119 shows with Bon Jovi supporting the Europe dates, while Queensrÿche, Krokus, Dokken and W.A.S.P. opened in North America.
September 1983: Formed two years earlier in Horsens, Denmark and completed when frontman Ronnie Atkins joined the band in 1982, Pretty Maids released their debut self-titled EP and a UK tour followed. Release information source: [UK] Kerrang! - October 7, 1983.
September 30, 1983: After co-founding Fastway, former UFO bassist Pete Way, not able to break a recording contract with Chrysalis, formed Waysted, who released their debut album "Vices" in the UK featuring single "Love Loaded".
